El coaching ejecutivo constituye un mecanismo privilegiado para desarrollar ejecutivos y por tanto una herramienta estratégica de gestión del cambio. Muchas veces las intervenciones se orientan a resolver brechas particulares de ejecutivos. Sin perjuicio de ello, existe una dimensión adicional asociada a procesos de cambio organizacional que debe contemplarse.
